    • Office and warehouse work during the holidays

    There are long holidays ahead, so we recommend our customers to take into account that both our warehouse and office are closed 24.12 – 27.12. All orders placed during this period will be dispatched on 28.12.2020. Courier companies have also announced that 23.12 – 26.12 packages will not be picked up and parcel machines will not be filled.

    28.12 – 30.12 are regular working days but it should definitely be taken into account that 31.12 is a shortened working day and 01.01.2021 no parcelmachines will be filled by courier companies. Itella Smartpost has announced that on 31.12.2020 there will be no picking up of parcels.

    Since this is the holiday season, it must be taken into account that the deliveries might take longer than usual.
