The most important ingredients in cod liver oil are the omega 3 fatty acids called EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). Each capsule provides 280mg of omega 3s of which 144mg of EPA and 107mg of DHA plus vitamins A, D and E.
Lamberts uses the highest grade of cod liver oil which is refined through a 5 stage purification process to remove the natural fishy odour and to ensure the oil is pure.
In addition to the omega 3 content, the capsules also provide the recommended daily amount of vitamins A, D and E. Vitamin A is required for healthy skin, hair and nails; vitamin D is vital for healthy bones and teeth.
Who should use Lamberts Cod Liver Oil capsules:
Directions: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Ingredients: Cod Liver Oil & Fish Oil Concentrate, Capsule shell (Gelatin and Glycerin), Vitamin E (dl alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3.
Allergen advice: Contains fish. The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Yeast and Gluten containing ingredients.
Cautions: Those using prescription blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants) or aspirin should consult their doctor before using fish oil. Keep away from children.
Food supplements should not replace a balanced and a healthy lifestyle. To be stored in a cool dry place and protected from light.
