The green tea extract used in Lamberts Green Tea Tablets is concentrated to ensure high levels of catechins (the active constituents of green tea), which are present in 250 mg per tablet. The extract is obtained from whole green tea leaves harvested young and without the leaves being fermented, as this ensures the best quality and high levels of active ingredients. Just one of these tablets is equivalent to ½ litre of traditionally brewed green tea but with a caffeine content a fraction of normal tea.
Green tea (Camellia sinensis) contributes to maintaining a healthy digestive system, regulating fat metabolism and increasing energy utilisation. In addition, green tea speeds up metabolism and helps prevent fat accumulation. Catechins help maintain a healthy heart and cholesterol levels, as well as lowering high cholesterol levels.
The active compounds catechins in green tea help maintain men’s health and help protect the prostate from oxidative damage.
Who should use Lamberts Green Tea tablets:
Directions: Take 1 to 2 tablets a day, certainly with food. You can also take turmeric extract and conjugated linoleic acid for additional metabolic support. Take with astaxanthin or vitamin E to boost the antioxidant effect.

Ingredients: Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis) Leaf Extract, Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, DiCalcium Phosphate, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate & Stearic Acid), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methyicellulose Colours: Spirulina, Apple, Safflower & Lemon, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum.
Allergen advice: The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish, Yeast and Gluten containing ingredients.
Cautions: Naturally contains caffeine (25mg to 40mg/tablet). Not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed 800mg epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) daily. Do not take with other green tea products. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Keep away from children!
