    Lamberts MagAsorb provides 150mg of pure magnesium per tablet in a highly bioavailable citrate form which ensures maximum absorption.

    Magnesium is an important mineral that contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also helps to maintain normal muscle function, including the heart muscle. In addition, magnesium is increasingly recognised as a nutrient that contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

    Magnesium deficiency is quite common and the symptoms are muscle cramps, fatigue and multiple symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

    Description

    Directions: 1 to 3 tablets daily or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

    Tableted With: Modified Starch Cellulose Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Crosslinked Cellulose Gum Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Glycerin) Silicon Dioxide Stearic Acid Magnesium Stearate.

    Allergen advice: The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish, Yeast and Gluten containing ingredients.

    Suitable for vegetarians.

    Cautions: Over 400mg of magnesium may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Keep away from children.
