Lamberts Multi-Guard Advance is a food supplement specially formulated for the over 50s, which contains all the necessary vitamins and minerals to support and strengthen the health especially of the over 50s.
Lamberts contains chromium, which is essential for maintaining normal blood sugar levels, and selenium, which is an important antioxidant to fight free radicals and support the immune system.
Lamberts Multi-Guard Advance also contains vitamin D, which is important for bone health. In addition to maintaining bone strength, vitamin D is also important for a healthy immune system.
The supplement also contains vitamin B12 and folic acid, which are essential for maintaining normal levels of homocysteine. Elevated levels of homocysteine are associated with various heart diseases. In addition, the combination also contains thiamine, which is needed for normal heart function.
