This is a high potency one-a-day multi formulated for the over 50’s. Of particular concern among this age group are vitamin D, vitamin B12 and the trace elements zinc and selenium.
B group vitamins help to maintain normal energy exchange; pantothenic acid helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins D help to contribute to normal bone health. In addition, vitamin D supports normal functioning of muscles and immune system and normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus.
The B vitamins in this original Multi-Max formula are high and so it can be used instead of a B complex.
Multi-Max can be taken with Osteoguard if additional calcium and magnesium are required.
Grape Seed extract is a strong antioxidant.
