Lamberts Phosphatidyl Serine uses the highest quality, pure phosphatidyl serine (PS) derived from soy and zinc is also included in the formula as this has been shown to contribute to normal cognitive function.
High concentrations of PS are found in brain and nerve cell membranes and maintaining these delicate structures is essential for normal neurotransmission. Unfortunately, modern diets especially that of the low fat or vegan type have relatively low PS levels.
It covers and protects the cells in your brain and carries messages between them. Phosphatidyl serine plays an important role in keeping your mind and memory sharp.

Who should use Lamberts Phosphatidyl Serine tablets:
Directions: Take 3 tablets daily for the first 4 weeks thereafter take 1 tablet daily for maintenance purposes or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. These tablets are best taken with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Ingredients: Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Phosphatidyl Serine (contains Soya), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Zinc Oxide.
Allergen advice: contains soy. The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Barley, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish, Yeast and Gluten containing ingredients.
