Niacin is the general term for vitamin B3, as it can occur in several forms including nicotinic acid, niacinamide, and nicotinamide. Niacin contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, as well as to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes. Like many of the B vitamins it is also involved in the metabolic processes that release energy from food, and it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
This is a high strength supplement that provides a level of niacin that has been used in scientific studies. Each tablet provides a full 250mg of Vitamin B3.
Who should use Lamberts Vitamin B3 tablets:
Directions: Take 1-2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Ingredients: Niacin (Nicotinamide), Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, DiCalcium Phosphate, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose & Glycerine), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum.
Allergen advice. The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk and milk products, Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish and Yeast and Gluten containing ingredients.
Cautions: This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Keep away from children.
