DIRECTIONS

We recommend taking 5-10 grams (1-2 teaspoons) daily. Sprinkle the powder in water or a fruit juice that is cold or room temperature and mix thorougly. The powder is safe to use long term. To further support your immune system in fighting bacteria you may also benefit from supplementing with garlic extract. If you wish to further support your microbiome we also recommend taking probiotics.
