The special whey protein powder developed by Lamberts to correct nutrition contains high-quality whey protein and low levels of carbohydrates and sugars. The powder also contains high concentrations of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) and green tea extract.
Diet Whey Protein Chocolate contains high-quality whey protein, which in turn contains a clinically significant amount of leucine (3.5 g per dose). Leucine is considered to be an important branched-chain amino acid required for the synthesis and metabolism of muscle proteins.
This product also contains green tea extract and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in clinically relevant doses to increase fat oxidation and speed up metabolism.
Lamberts has also included approximately 50% NRV of all the essential micronutrients. Although these nutrients occur naturally in various foods, adequate nutrition is not always achieved whilst following a weight loss regime.
Who should use Diet Whey Protein Chocolate?
Directions: add 55g (approx. 1 level scoop) to 350ml of water in a shaker or blender and mix well. We recommend up to 2 servings per day. Once mixed, keep chilled and consume within 3 hours. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
