A special complex for bone health, containing 250 mg of magnesium and 500 mg of calcium per two tablets. The magnesium in the complex is in the form of a unique mixture of three different magnesium compounds – citrate, hydroxide and carbonate.
Calcium is present in the product as a compound of carbonate and citrate, which contributes to better absorption. What makes this product special is that it contains 90 μg of vitamin K2 in a daily dose. Vitamin K2 is present in the product in the form of menaquinone (MK-7) and is important for bone health. In addition, Lambert’s vitamin K2 is naturally derived from the chickpea protein and is free of cis isomers.
The daily dose also contains 10 μg of vitamin D3, which contributes to the normal absorption / utilization of calcium and phosphorus and helps maintain muscle function. Recent studies have shown evidence of a synergistic effect of vitamins K2 and D3 on bone health.
In addition, the complex contains calcium and magnesium, which contribute to normal muscle function and maintain bone health.
Who should use Lamberts Osteoguard Advance for bone health:
Directions: 1-2 tablets daily with food or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
