Our digestive tracts contain billions of bacteria, most of which are harmless. However, to maintain a healthy and regular digestive system, a balance between beneficial and harmful bacteria must be kept. Lamberts Acidophilus Extra 4 is a milk free product and one capsule contains 4 billion friendly bacteria (at the time of manufacture). The beneficial Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium strains of bacteria have been used.
Who should use Lamberts Acidophilus Extra 4 probiotic capsules?
Directions: Take two capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening, with a glass of milk or water, or with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks; heat kills bacteria. Take at least 2 hours after antibiotic medication. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
