Lamberts Valerian is one of the highest strength food supplements available, where each tablet contains a 400mg extract, equivalent to 1600mg of valerian.
The soothing and sleep-promoting effects of the valerian plant have been known for centuries. It helps to relax, has a calming effect and supports mental well-being during a tense and stressful (life) period. In addition, valerian has been used for insomnia, gastrointestinal spasms and a number of other health concerns.
Valerian is suitable if you’re suffering from anxiety, fear, stress, difficulty falling asleep and sleep disorders. Its relieving effect on mild nervous tension and mental stress has also been scientifically proven.

Directions: 1 tablet one hour before bedtime, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Allergen information: The following list of allergens are excluded: Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish, Yeast and Gluten containing ingredients.
