Multi-Guard® Methyl is a once-a-day multi-complex containing vitamins and minerals for adults. Contains all important micro- and macronutrients, which are bioavailable, in a form easily assimilated by the body. Therefore, it contains folate as methylfolate, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P) and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7.
This special complex is suitable for consumption to support the methylation process in the body. Methylation is an essential biochemical process in the body. Methylation prostheses have an important importance and positive effect on various other biochemical reactions in the body that affect the activity of the cardiovascular, neurological, reproductive and detoxification systems.
Methyl complex contains important B group vitamins that contribute to normal energy exchange, normal nervous system function and reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. The micronutrients choline and inositol can help support metabolism. In addition, vitamins D and K2 and the mineral magnesium are important in the complex.
