Lamberts TurMemoric provides 95% curcumins, with lutein, which is one of the most important dietary carotenoids. Lutein is associated with eye health and it is the main carotenoid concentrated in the brain. Researchers have discovered a link between lutein accumulation and areas of the brain rich in fatty acids, including DHA; suggesting it may play an important role as an antioxidant.
Lamberts TurMemoric includes a full 10mg of lutein in the pure free form per two tablets (researchers believe a relevant intake should be nearer 10mg daily). Rosemary is also included as an extract to preserve the active constituents. Vitamin B12 is good for normal neurological and psychological functions and zinc for normal cognitive function.
Who should use Lamberts TurMemoric:
Directions: 1-2 tablets daily with food or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
