Description
Directions:
Take 1 tablet of vitamin B-50 complex and 1 tablet of vitamin C. You can take both at the same time with a glass of water. It is best to take both tablets after eating or with food, and with plenty of time before drinking alcohol. You may want to consider supplementing with a chromium complex to control blood sugar levels, and a complex of barley grass or choline to support the liver.
Remember that drinking alcohol is bad for your health!
