    Lamberts Mega Mineral Complex is a special mineral complex for both women and men. It contains a useful combination of the most important minerals. It provides particularly good levels of calcium and magnesium as well as iron.

    Magnesium is required to help normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.

    Iron contributes to normal energy exchange, the normal functioning of the immune system and helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

    Chromium helps to maintain blood glucose levels.

    Calcium is needed for bone and teeth formation, blood clotting, nerve cell signaling, and muscle control.

    This complex can be used together with a vitamin complex.

    Description

    Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Tricalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Cellulose, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Zinc Gluconate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Iron (Ferrous Fumarate), Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Manganese Gluconate, Magnesium Stearate, Boron (Sodium Borate), Copper Gluconate, Selenium (L-selenomethionine and Sodium Selenite), Chromium Picolinate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium molybdate.
