DIRECTIONS

Take 1 capsule in the morning, half an hour before a meal with half a glass of water, when the stomach pH is optimal and less acidic. Do not take with hot drinks or acid-reducing medications. If you are taking antibiotics, it is recommended to take the probiotic at least 2 hours later.
