DIRECTIONS

Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably in the morning when stomach pH is optimal (less acidic). Do not take with hot drinks, as heat destroys beneficial bacteria. If you are taking antibiotics, it is recommended to take the capsules at least 2 hours later. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
