DIRECTIONS

Take one heaped teaspoon full (5 g) daily mixed in water, juice or a protein shake. To help with recovery after a workout we recommend taking 5-10 g daily. To support the digestive tract and immune system we recommend taking 5 g daily. To further support the digestive tract you may benefit from also taking probiotics and omega-3 fatty acids.
