DIRECTIONS

For adults we recommend taking 1 scoop (5,5 g)=375mg daily with water. For children ages 4-8 we recommend supplementing (1 g)=68mg and ages 8-16 (2,5 g)=170mg daily with water. If you take magnesium supplements, be sure to take calcium supplements as well. Imbalances in the amounts of the two minerals can reduce their beneficial effects.
