DIRECTIONS

Take 2 tablets a day for the first 2 months, one in the morning and one in the evening. After which it is recommended to continue with a maintenance dose of 1 tablet per day. An omega-3 supplement, such as fish oil or flaxseed oil, can also be added to further support skin well-being.
