DIRECTIONS

Take 1 capsule in the morning half an hour before a meal and a second one in the evening before bedtime with half a glass of water. Avoid taking it with gastric acidity lowering drugs or hot drinks. If you're on antibiotics, take probiotics at least 2 hours later.
