DIRECTIONS

Take 1-3 capsules daily with food, preferably 1 per meal. To get all the essential fatty acids also eat foods rich on omega-3 (e.g. red fish, avocado, nuts) or take an omega-3 supplement. To further support your immune and cardiovascular system you may also benefit from taking vitamin D. Because vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin, taking it with Primrose oil makes it easier for the body to absorb it.
