DIRECTIONS

Take 1 tablet daily with food. To further support the immune system we also recommend supplementing with vitamin D and zinc. Vitamin C also helps with iron absorption so it may be beneficial to take these supplements together. If you're also taking vitamin B12 we recommend leaving a 2 hour window between them to avoid competing for absoprtion.
