DIRECTIONS

Take 1-2 capsules daily with food. For cataract prevention the usual dosage is 25 mg or up to 1 capsule a day. Dosage to help aid against migraines is 50 mg a day. It is not recommended to take riboflavin with alcohol or other medication (such as antibiotics). For additional eye health support it is recommended to consume Eyewise Omega 3 alongside.
