DIRECTIONS

Take 1 tablet of Alpha-Lipoic Acid and 1 capsule of Biome Balance Sensitive per day. It is recommended to take the probiotic half an hour before a meal and the alpha-lipoic acid after or during a meal. If desired, this can be complemented with vitamin D to strengthen the immune system.
