DIRECTIONS

Peppermint oil capsules can be taken 1-2 capsules per day after each meal or as needed. It is recommended to take 1 capsule of the digestive enzyme immediately before starting to eat (up to 3 times a day before the main meal), especially if you plan to eat more and the digestive system may become exhausted. If necessary, you can take the digestive enzyme during or immediately after eating. Digestive enzymes and peppermint oil capsules can be used either regularly or as needed.
