DIRECTIONS

Take 1 tablet a day of vitamin B complex and 1 capsule of vitamin D after eating. Take 1 tablet of vitamin C daily, and if you feel that the disease is approaching, you can take up to 3 tablets per day every 4-6 hours. Taking a higher dose of vitamin C for a short period of time can help you cope better with colds. For additional support of general well-being and immunity, you may consider taking omega-3 fatty acids and probiotics. You can take all vitamins at the same time if you wish.
