DIRECTIONS

Take 1 tablet of B-Complex and 1 capsule of Vitamin D daily after a meal.
Take Vitamin C 1 tablet daily; during illness up to 3 tablets per day every 4–6 hours.
A short-term higher intake of Vitamin C may help the body cope with colds.
