DIRECTIONS

Take 1 tablet of glucosamine sulphate daily. If you have problems with joint health, take 2 tablets - one in the morning and the other during lunch or dinner. You may also take 1 tablet of vitamin C and 1 capsule of fish oil after eating. All tablets/capsules may be taken together after eating. You may also take quercetin for further reinforcement of joint health. Daily use of vitamin D, however, ensures proper functioning of the immune system.
