DIRECTIONS

Take 1 to 2 capsules of pure fish oil and 2 tablets of Prostex complex daily with food. You can take both supplements at the same time. If you consume fatty fish less than twice a week, it is recommended to take up to 3 capsules of omega-3 fatty acids per day. Prostex complex should be taken for at least 2-4 weeks to achieve optimal effects. To support the immune system, it is also advisable to supplement with vitamin D.
