DIRECTIONS

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend taking 2 Multi-Guard® Pregnancy vitamin and mineral complexes and 1 capsule of vitamin D daily. Vitamins are recommended to be taken with food, while avoiding dairy products, coffee or tea. For infants, it is recommended to take 2 drops or 10 micrograms (400 IU) per day. For the mother-to-be, we recommend taking Imuno Strength concentrate for additional immune support.
