DIRECTIONS

Take 1 tablet daily 1-2h before a meal. In case of upset stomach, have it with a low-fibre food. If you are taking iron supplements or antibiotics, do not take them at the same time. To further support the immune system we also recommend supplementing with vitamin C and quercetin.
