DIRECTIONS

Take 1 capsule in the morning half an hour before a meal with a glass of water, because then the pH of the stomach is optimal, i.e. not so acidic. Do not administer with hot drinks or antacids. If you are taking antibiotics at the same time, it is recommended to take the probiotic at least 2 hours later.
