DIRECTIONS

For children 5-15 years we recommend taking 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. For ages 15 and over we recommend taking 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily. Shake well before use and take it straight of the spoon or add to a drink. We advise to take Vitamin D3 alongside in order to support immune function, especially during winter times.
