DIRECTIONS

We recommend taking 1 capsule daily if you are eating 2 portions of oily fish a week. For those eating little or no oily fish, take 2 to 3 capsules daily with a meal. For extra antioxidant protection eat plenty of fruit and vegetables or take extra vitamin E. To further support you immune system and bone health we also recommend supplementing with vitamin D.
