DIRECTIONS

Take 2 capsules daily with food, preferably 1 capsule per meal. If you are taking medication, keep at least a two-hour break between taking fish oil with antioxidants to avoid possible interactions. To support the immune system and the bones, we also recommend taking vitamin D in addition. For additional support for the joints, it is advisable to supplement with glucosamine and chondroitin.
